The small galaxy to the NNW (upper left) is NGC 4516 (1.8'x0.8', 12.3v mag, Cl:SB(rs)ab?). The small galaxy to the SSW (lower left) is IC 3478 (1.4'x1.2', 14.2p mag, Cl:SAB0:)

17.5": very bright, very large, elongated 5:2 NW-SE, brighter core, intense very 
small or stellar nucleus.  A faint double star is embedded at the SE end (mag 
13.5/14.5 at 20").  A brighter double star mag 11/12 at 30" is 5' S of center.  
Located at the NE end of "Markarian's chain" in the core of Virgo cluster.
