According to "Star Clusters", by Brent Archinal and Steven Hynes, the size of this open cluster is 5.0 arc minutes. From the NGC / IC Project: Contemporary Visual Observation(s) for NGC 1883 NGC 1883 = Cr 64 = OCL-417 = Lund 175 05 25 54 +46 29.4 Size 3 13.1": about a dozen very faint stars mag 13.5 and fainter over unresolved haze.
