NGC / IC Project: Contemporary Visual Observation(s) for NGC 3486 NGC 3486 = UGC 06079 = MCG +05-26-032 = CGCG 155-041 = PGC 33166 11 00 23.8 +28 58 30 V = 10.5; Size 7.1x5.2; SB = 14.3; PA = 80d 13.1": fairly bright, large, slightly elongated E-W, 4'x3', diffuse outer halo with a brighter core.
