V = 11.3;  Size 4.0x2.8;  SB = 13.8;  PA = 50d

17.5": moderately bright, fairly large, elongated 3:2 SW-NE.  Broad 
concentration to a large, slightly brighter core but no nucleus.  The core 
appears offset to the N side.  Forms a pair with CGCG 075-063 6.2' WNW.

8": very faint, fairly small, very diffuse, round, even surface brightness.
