| Notes: | Stock 23 is also known as "Pazminos's cluster". Named by Walter
Scott Houston for John Pazmino. Stock 23 is entwined in the faint bright
nebula Sh2-202,
which is located about 3 degrees due
East of IC 1848. Had I known about the
nebulosity when imaging this object, I would have doubled (at least) the
exposure time. According to "Star Clusters", by Brent Archinal and Steven Hynes, the size of Stock 23 is 29 arc minutes |
